Fleur Concept was founded on May 3, 1989 by Florist Gilles Gaudreault and Interior Design Specialist Daniel Ménard. This unique flower shop is located on St-Paul Street in Quebec City, right across from the Old Port Market. The philosophy of our enterprise is best reflected by our distinctive creativity, outstanding service and dedicated staff.
